Fitness is defined as the ability to perform desired tasks (i.e., to do what you wish). Our fitness program is geared toward making an individual physically capable of performing many tasks. Our fitness program consists of a variety of classes, for all ages and abilities, that teaches lifelong pursuit of health, wellness, and physical fitness. Our fitness classes vary with each instructor emphasizing such activities as gymnastics, aerobics, kick-boxing and personal defense, conditioning/training on rebound equipment, strength conditioning, and much more.
