PLEASE NOTE:
Monthly tuition payments are due on the first class or on the 1st of each month (use payment box in concession area).
Make-ups allowed within 60 days.
$60 annual membership fee for everyone must be paid within two months of the anniversary of joining the academy (Team athletes all pay an additional $85 as a team assessment fee and elite athletes pay the membership plus team assessment plus a $3000 elite team assessment)
$10 late charge if fees are not paid by the 10th of each month $20 returned check fee.
Two week written notice is required for withdrawal (to assure billing is accurate and to release the spot on the roll sheet to another incoming student)

Calendar: Academy calendars are available each month in the literature rack near the reception office door that show the current and future three months of activities. On our "calendar" there are four less days per year for each week day. There are four class meetings of each day of the week (e.g., four Mondays) per month making 48 week days per year (e.g., 12 months x 4 Mondays = 48 Mondays/year). This allows us four weeks (e.g., 4 Mondays) per year to do construction, remodeling, and maintenance. Selection of the four weekday practices is usually made on the bases of scheduled events, holidays, and cases where a month has five week days. You are NOT paying tuition for the days the gym is closed so there are no makeups for those days.
