After recommendation by an intermediate level
instructor, phone for a trial practice with the team of your choice. |

Join anytime during an ongoing monthly session,
we simply pro-rate the remaining weeks of the first month. |

| Make Ups! |
Students are encouraged to make-up missed
practice days, but only at practices where space is available. |
|
| Cancellation Notice: |
Once enrolled, an athlete's
spot on a team is automatically reserved from month to month unless |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
the office receives a written
notice of discontinuation at least two weeks before the end
of the month. |
|
| Enrollment: |
Team is an annual comittment! Continuous enrollment is required. Please notify coach and office of changes
in advance. |
|
To remain on team the minimum enrollment is the
monthly team fee (no tuition coupons required). |
|
|
| Billing: |
Monthly team fees are automatically billed to
each athlete's account, continuously until notification of discontinuation. |
|
It is the client's responsibility to notify the
coach and office (registrar) of changes in the number of practice days per
week |
|
prior
to the start of each month. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Tuition: |
Tuition coupons ($6.25/practice;
i.e., $3.13/hr) are prepaid and used
according to attendance frequency (1 coupon =
1 practice). |
