Level 9

First routine is a 10-skill compulsory:
¾ back somersault tuck
½ twist to front drop
Return to feet
Straddle jump pike
Barani straight
Back somersault straight
Pike jump
Back somersault pike
¾ front somersault straight
Barani ballout tuck or ballout tuck

(Total difficulty = 3.4 or 3.5)

 

Level 9 Voluntary Requirements:

·             The second routine is a 10-skill voluntary

·             The routine must have one somersault with a minimum of 360 degrees of twist.

·             The routine may not contain any skill with more than 720 degrees of twist.

·             The routine may contain only one somersault with 720 degrees of rotation and may have no more than 180 degrees of twist.

·             The minimum difficulty must be equal to or greater than that performed by the athlete in the compulsory (3.4 or 3.5).

·             The maximum difficulty is 6.5.

·             No skill may be repeated. A repeated skill will not receive difficulty credit.

 

Level 10

First routine is a 10-skill compulsory:
Arabian ¾ front somersault straight OR ¾ front somersault straight
Barani ballout straight
Back somersault tuck
Back somersault pike
Barani pike
Back somersault straight
Barani straight
Straddle jump pike
¾ back somersault straight
Cody tuck

(Front mount difficulty = 4.8;
Arabian mount difficulty = 4.9 plus 0.6 bonus = 5.5)

 

Level 10 Voluntary Requirements:

·             The second routine is a 10-skill voluntary

·             The routine must contain one single somersault with a minimum of 540 degrees of twist (3.0 penalty).

·             The difficulty value of the voluntary routine must be equal to or higher than that of the compulsory (4.8 or 4.9).

·             Maximum difficulty = 9.0.

·             No skill may be repeated. A repeated skill will not receive difficulty credit.
