Facilities & Equipment Rentals

It is possible to rent almost everything in our facilities and equipment, including support staff as needed. There are many uses for our facilities and equipment and as long as they are available Hawaii Academy will help you to make arrangements.

Even though Hawaii Academy has a busy schedule with many events happenig on a constant basis, we are very happy to enable customers to rent our facilities and/or our equipment. Equipment rentals usually happen off-site and we are happy to provide support staff as needed. However, it is also possible to rent our facilities outside of our schedule (mainly evenings and days we are closed for vacations.

In the case you want to rent our facilities you must have Hawaii Academy added to insurance certificate as an additional insured.

COST OF THE RENTAL WILL DEPEND ON THE DETAILS OF THE RENTAL AND IS BILLED ACCORDINGLY. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT THE SPECIAL EVENTS & PROGRAMS DEPARTMENT CHAIR.
