Team is an annual comittment! Continuous enrollment is required. Please notify coach and office of changes

To remain on team the minimum enrollment is the
monthly team fee (no tuition coupons required). |

Monthly team fees are automatically billed to
each athlete's account, continuously until notification of discontinuation. |

It is the client's responsibility to notify the
coach and office (registrar) of changes in the number of practice days per
week |
