Congratulations! You have been invited to try our team training. (In most cases it is actually your child that trains and you are the client, but with increasing frequency adults students are becoming athletes and competing ... our oldest in 97 yrs young.)

After your free trial workout you may train for one month on team, to get to know the coaches, other athletes, parents, etc., before making a commitment to being on the team for a year. During this month you are welcome to try any of our team training days unless they are full (see team training schedule). Assuming you are already an Academy member (and therefore have paid the $60 annual membership), you are expected to pay team tuition for the month. After the first month you will be required to pay the same team entry fee of $240 that everyone else on team paid. (If you enter team during the summer, or when there are no meets left in the competition year, there is no annual team fee assessed ... i.e., for most this means during June and July of 2005 there is no assessment until 01 August for the Aug05-Jul06 competitive season.)

In short:
1. advance from 2hr intermediate/advanced/pre-team classes to try a free 3hr team practice;
2. then try one month on team (pay team tuition);
3. decide to continue on team, paying monthly team tuition based on the number of days practicing per week, and pay the $240 annual team fee (unless in the months when there are no meets); or
4. decide to return to 2hr classes and resume paying recreational class monthly tuition.

During the trial month, please attend booster club meetings, ask questions and get to know the other team parents.

Take this opportunity to find the best days for training, traffic, parking, car pooling, everything. Find your favorite coaches, families, and scheduling. We are open 7 days per week so that you can fit us into your school and family schedule.
