Ninja Zone is skill based, fast-paced, and geared especially for boys and girls on energy overload! Our Ninja training program emphasizes physical fitness and combines obstacle courses and apparatus to develop strength and speed as well as gymnastics and rebounding/tumbling skills that build a solid foundation of safety and agility for all sport and movement.

The focus is…
To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips, and kicks to elude an opponent.

Lil’ Ninjas is the the entry level to this all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and street dance. Lil’ Ninjas embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. Children learn flips, rolls, jumps, & kicks in combination with strength and agility courses. Lil’ Ninjas serves as preparation for entry into the progressive level Ninja Zone System which begins at age 4 1/2.
Ninja Zone is an all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance. Ninja Zone Embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. In Ninja Zone classes, children learn flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination with strength and agility courses. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children on their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed. The levels of Ninja Zone are defined by the four headband colors of White, Yellow, Green and Blue.
Ninja Zone parties are awesome! We set up obstacle courses for time and speed! Test your strength and compete with your friends in a fun and safe space! All licensed Ninja Zones are fully padded and prepared for the most rambunctious kiddos!
COMPETITIVE FORMAT: Two part competition comprised of two “scenes”: CHASE and CONFLICT The Chase “To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess and stealth” The CHASE scene consists of the athlete maneuvering through obstacles such as barriers, tunnels, zip lines,railings, foam pits, up and down ropes, agility ladders, and more. Courses will differ with competitive setting. Each athlete will complete the course for time. The Conflict “To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips and kicks to elude an opponent” The CONFLICT scene consists of the athlete performing 3-4 TAKES. (Picture a video game fight scene MINUS the opponent) a TAKE is the name for the set of combinations of turns, rolls, kicks, flips or jumps. Depending on competitive level, the TAKES will be compulsory or freestyle. Compulsory combos will be predetermined by Ninja Sport International. Freestyle combos are the choice of the athlete.
